A reimagined classic game of Slips and Ladders with the whimsical illustrations of illustrator Kevin Hawkes and a celebratory measure of gorgeous shiny holographic foil for the Dragon party that players are trying to reach at the top of the castle. Land on a slide and slip back down to a lower square; land on a ladder and climb closer to the finish line!
WARNING: CHOKING HAZARD - Small Parts. Not for children under 3 years of age.
Much more beautiful and well-made then shoots and ladders
I grew up playing chutes and ladders, but when our old game fell apart for my kids I wanted to get a new one with a not so cheesy look to it. So happy to have found this game. Same concept as the original with a couple fun twists on going up or down. The color palette is so much more soothing to the eye and the characters and illustrations are whimsical. Definitely happy we own this game now. I highly recommend it to anyone who wants this classic game, but in a beautiful, high quality reiteration.
I put this in my daughter’s Christmas Eve box. She loved it. We played five times before moving on to the puzzles. Easy enough for a three year old to play. Spin and count and helps with counting as well. No plastic and beautiful is a plus.
