What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept American Express, Apple Pay, Discover, JCB, Visa, MasterCard, PayPal and Afterpay payments. 

What exactly is Afterpay?
Afterpay is a service that allows you to pay for your order in four installments (every two weeks).  This service is interest free and super easy to sign up for!

Do you ship outside the U.S.?
Oh yes!  We have a large international following and we adore our international customers.  Please be aware, we are not responsible for custom/duty fees; you should factor this in when placing an order with us.  International orders typically take 1-3 weeks to arrive and you will receive tracking information.  You should also know, we have no control over your package once it leaves our facility; it is then in the hands of our postal service before being transferred to yours.  If you should have questions about where your order is, please check your tracking information and use it when contacting your local post.  

Do I have to pay sales tax?
We are required by law to charge sales tax on orders shipped within the State of Arkansas. We do not charge sales tax for orders shipped to other states. 

How quickly will my order ship?
Most orders placed before noon CST M-F ship that very same day.  If your order includes a large item that ships directly from the manufacturer (like Milton & Goose, Banwood, Baghera, Wonder & Wise, Guidecraft, Piccalio, Wiwiurka), we cannot control when that order will ship, though most do ship within 1-3 days.  The product page for your order will specify that it cannot be expedited or picked up locally.

Can I track my order?
You bet!  You will receive a shipping confirmation e-mail with tracking information.  If you don't receive one within 2-3 days, first check your junk mail as these emails sometimes get stuck there.  If you still can't find it then do feel free to contact us.

What is your return policy?
We want you to feel totally comfortable placing your order with us!  We accept returns for a refund of the purchase price up to 30 days after you have received the order.  Items are unopened and in new condition.  Sale items are final and cannot be returned.  Head to our returns page to begin the process for a return.

What if there is a mistake with my order?
This rarely happens, but if it does, rest assured we WILL make it right.  Simply contact us when you receive your order and we will do our absolute best to tidy everything up immediately.  

What if my package is lost, stalled or damaged?

Wild Creek Co is proud to partner with Route, the leader in package protection and tracking solutions. By selecting Route+ at checkout your order will be protected from damage, loss*, or theft. In the unfortunate case that your order never arrives, you can easily file a claim with Route and receive a replacement or be fully reimbursed.

By deselecting package protection, Wild Creek Co is not liable for lost, stolen items, or items damaged while in transit.

*Claims for packages marked "delivered" yet not received and where there is no evidence of “porch piracy” must be made 5 days after “delivery date” but no longer than 15 days to ensure it was not mis-delivered or easily found around the premises." Claims for packages presumed to be lost (where the status is not "delivered") must be filed after 7 days (20 days for international) and within 30 days from the last checkpoint.

Do you wholesale?
We do not wholesale, we do not feel our efforts are best served with wholesale at this time.

Do you work with influencers?

Our marketing plan does not currently involve influencer work.  We focus our marketing efforts on building a social media space that we find is intriguing on its own and spend loads of time curating a unique and beautiful selection of toys and goods that speak for themselves.  We get many emails everyday asking to work with us and, unfortunately, cannot afford the time to respond to them.
